It is a on campus interview by HR, who is very nice. Basically, she only asked several behavior questions after going over my resume. No technical questions.
At EY, the interview usually starts with HR, then meet the manager, followed by technical or case interviews, and sometimes a partner interview. They’re mainly looking at skills, problem-solving, and fit.
