      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Oct 2011

      Interview

2 rounds of interviews: 1) Campus visit- 1 on 1 behavioral interview. It roughly lasted 45 minutes and wasn't too bad. 2) Site visit- 8 candidates (for 2 spots) were taken out for a lovely lunch, and it was followed by 3 interviews. Two were behavioral, and the third was a case study. The atmosphere was quite relaxed, and it was pretty obvious they were really looking for the "fit." There were no quantitative questions including on the case study. This round took about 5 hours. They told me they'd get back to us within 2 weeks, but I got a call very soon after offering me the position. I couldn't pass it up.
