Application process consisted of initial application, online reasoning tests (verbal, numerical and diagrammatic analysis), competency based interview and assessment centre. The assessment centre was divided into five tasks; two e-tray exercises, a team presentation, reasoning tests (similar to those online) and a partner interview.
