Come into office in city with other grads. They present stuff to you. You do a group activity/presentation with 3 others where they give you a case study and want you to make recommendations and present them. Then 2:1 interview. Just motivational and behavioural questions. Whole thing took 4 hours. Everyone was so nervous.
