Interview
We sit in a panel interview. 5 of us with 3 managers asking questions about our tasks (this happen after 3 months working, so this interview to determine whether we will continue as permanent or cut off), experience, and some random questions (for example, they ask me about US presidential election which happen during that time)
Was quick and easy. One interview, talked to two people during the interview. Was asked about previous experience at a different CPA firm. Took a while for them to call me back (about a month) then we set a start date pretty far in the future.

They asked me to describe the audits I previously worked on.
Interview was conversational and relaxed. No difficult or technical questions. Mostly trying to get to know you and the culture of the firm. The interview process was with two partners at the firm in separate calls.

What are you looking for in a firm that you’d like to work for?
The interview process begins with an HR call, followed by a technical round focusing on fundamentals of accounting and audit. The final stage is a Partner round, which emphasizes behavioral traits and cultural fit within the firm. Each stage assesses different competencies essential for the role and long-term success.
