I recently attended an interview for the role of Project Consultant. The overall experience was positive and professionally conducted. The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including an HR discussion, technical assessment, and managerial interview. The interviewers mainly focused on project management skills, stakeholder communication, problem-solving abilities, and experience in handling client requirements. They also asked scenario-based questions to evaluate decision-making and teamwork capabilities. The discussion was interactive, and the panel members were supportive throughout the process. Overall, it was a great learning experience that helped me understand industry expectations for a Project Consultant role.

Two rounds of interview first with Team Lead then with Manager. Average interview. Asked questions related to domain knowledge. It took 3 days to get the offer letter. But it was smooth.
