The interview process at EY for the Quantitative Analyst role was structured and fairly technical. There was also a strong focus on practical application—interviewers asked about how I would evaluate a strategy and interpret backtesting results. For example, questions covered how to assess the robustness of a model, how to deal with overfitting, and what metrics I would look at when reviewing backtest performance.
