Really good first interview with MD. Then a bizarre experience for a second interview in-person where nobody seemed to know who was supposed to interview me and they didn't seem to understand my application at all. Seemed like I was really obviously unsuitable for reasons that would have been clear so seemed like my time was wasted. Uncomfortable.
