Interview
Had several calls over zoom and two separate writing assignments. One was Analytical based and the other pure writing based. The zoom calls lasted between 30-45 min and were very casual and standard interviews.

It was very welcoming, warm, and more of a conversation rather than a diplomatic Q&A. The interviewers weren't afraid of being conversational and getting to know me beyond the resume.

Was a one-on-one with a higher up - he was very intellectually sharp but friendly, seems like a great working environment where you can expect to be supported. Asked about my experience in marketing, what programs I was familiar with, my professional interests.
