ERMA FIRST interview questions

Very specific and practical. Depending on the position they start the process either directly from company's HR or indirectly from the appointed HR consultant. Then interview with department's manager or director follow. If you are selected then you receive an official job offer from the HR team.

The HR manager and the technical manager particapated at the interview. The enviroment was very friendly. The questions were quite proffessional. They would like to know as the technical profile as the attitude.
