Totally unknown! Recruiter calls you, talking about your previous experinces. Then one "Lead BA" asks questions. Limited screening, less attitude.. They can't judge if I am suitable or not because he was less experienced than me. It was obvious!
Long process. First, a recruiter interview. Next, a 1.5-hour technical interview. Then a manager interview, and finally a client interview. In between, I had some additional questions asked by email – even though I had already completed the 1.5-hour technical interview.

i did general interview and it was pretty easy and questions are very common ones. They are reaching you with mail and pretty good communication and it was online interview
friendly and professional recruting team, fast and responsive. detailed and nice feedbacks afterwards. However mostly book and technical based questions rather than professional background. Otherthan fine and good, maybe next time.
