Interview
I got in touch with EMPIST via LinkedIn when a recruiter contacted me. The process took about three weeks. I received a message on LinkedIn about the position, then scheduled a 30-minute phone screen followed by 2 in-person interviews. I met with the CEO and the recruiter I spoke to initially during the first interview, and then with the marketing team during the second. It was an efficient and pleasant experience and I was happy to accept an offer by the end!

Interview
The interview process went smoothly. It was a normal experience and they were very clear about the timeless and what they wanted for the role. There wasn't crazy amounts of paperwork and I got to meet with the team to make sure I was a good fit.
