Seems like an amazing place to work! Young people, great vibe, very entrepreneurial. All interviews were very professional. Definitely looking for the right fit. If they don't like you for the position you're interviewing for, they'll try and find another position for you with the company which is what happened to me. Got a couple follow-up calls for other positions. Very good experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at EF Education First
Interview
I applied for a Product Manager position at EF Education First. It took around four months after my application to be contacted for the first interview. The scheduling was straightforward, but after the initial phone call, communication was poor. I didn’t receive any updates, and when I followed up, I was told that the company had already decided to move forward with other candidates.
The long response time and lack of transparent communication left a negative impression. The process felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I would have appreciated clearer updates and more accountability from the recruitment team.

Interview
Thorough three stage process which allowed for a lot of questioning of the company too. Overall satisfied with the process and I felt comfortable starting in my role afterwards as it accurately prepared my expectations for what was involved in the role.
Long process, especially if you already have more than 5 years of experience. I know that it was a very important role, but I mean, come on, you can really do better than that...
