I applied for a Product Manager position at EF Education First. It took around four months after my application to be contacted for the first interview. The scheduling was straightforward, but after the initial phone call, communication was poor. I didn’t receive any updates, and when I followed up, I was told that the company had already decided to move forward with other candidates. The long response time and lack of transparent communication left a negative impression. The process felt disorganized and unprofessional, and I would have appreciated clearer updates and more accountability from the recruitment team.

Thorough three stage process which allowed for a lot of questioning of the company too. Overall satisfied with the process and I felt comfortable starting in my role afterwards as it accurately prepared my expectations for what was involved in the role.
