Very smooth. We discussed KPIs, responsibilities and compared tasks between them and my current job. We ended the conversation with expectations of company culture and what I should expect from them,

What sort of sales targets do you get at your current job and how do you do achieving them?
My interview took place in a cafe and we had a friendly chat. The questions were very simple, what games do you play, what are your strengths an weaknesses etc.
