EAP Expert Software Developer interview questions

Oh my God! What a disaster this company would be. It surprises me how they filter an IT position individuals with completely irreverent questionnaire. Job Description, Requirements are completely different from the questionnaire that they will send you. I think their HR has no idea what He/She is doing. Their job posting was attractive at least and seriously that was something attracted me but next step was a big turn off. And of course an automatic email that you does not fit and blah blah blah. I shouldn't have reviewed but seriously wanna help people out there that this aint a real job that they posted they could be helping one of their IT guy to help him get his LMIA hence they just needed some resumes to show government a comparison or HR is really dumb and he/she should really need to learn what is professionalism.
