Dynamic Source Manufacturing Program Manager interview questions

First interview was remote with HR. Second interview was remote with manager. Flew me to Calgary for third interview to meet the CEO and the rest of the team. Offered well below the salary range discussed in the HR screening and had no room to negotiate, did not get a response after turning down offer.
