Interview
By phone and then in person. Interviewed by the Management team; Process manager, Quality Manager, HR Manager, Operations Manager, Logistics. Interviews lasted most of the morning finally leaving around 2pm, just in time to drive back home. The only downside was that I had to escalate to get travel expense report reimbursed.

HR was more if I was inclined to move there, Operations Managers was more about SPC knowledge, Process Manager was more informal and explanatory than asking something.
