First held HR + Technical Interview
Then people who have passed first interview called to the Technical Test. If you pass the exam HR will be handle the further process.

Stupid Interviews questions. No good and deep check about the knowledge. No relevant procedure. They ask any thing that they want. always not related to the post at least. Nothing value by at least participating to there interviews. Every thing they says are lies.
