Remember the 'sports minded' candidate job postings where everyone starts from the bottom and works their way up through the companies "building block structure? This is the same thing. They start you with going to 'marketing events' for fortune companies and doing cold-pitching.
They spend majority of the interviewer telling you about their "different" approach to running a company. Your job description and responsibilities are very vague. This is a big red flag
Everyone starts off training and it takes 2-3 weeks. Reminds me of a MLM scam, with slightly more legitimacy. I'd stay away if you're looking for a legit career that provides a good experience that's credible for a resume.

Interview
There were three interviews. The interviews ran smoothly but I believe that this is sketchy. I was told the same thing as most people I read, top 10 out of 100 the first day.
I also interviewed with multiple people and they kept commenting other people told them I was great but then had no idea what I talked about with others.

I went through 3 interviews and was offered a job, and told they would be sending me an official offer from HR. The offer never came, and they didn't return my calls or emails.
