Dr. Tavel interview questions

The first interview I was called in to the office to meet the manager only. They had a list of questions from a worksheet and after, we talked about coming in to shadow someone working and see if I would be interested in the job. I liked that it provided an opportunity to see how the office really worked. A different day, I came back to do that and meet with the higher up manager. Questions were a little harder, very value based and “explain a time when”.
