Interview
The interviewer said the most important thing he was looking for is attitude. I think he meant openness to learning and being a good person. He asked about technical skills and what programming languages I knew. He explained the IT system at the hospital. He was overall nice but I felt like he was looking for someone different or did not know much about my specialty to ask me.
The first interview was informal because I originally applied to a different role and the interviewer wanted to know if I was interested in a project in the IT department that was better suited to my experience/field.

was asked by the hospital owner if I could deliver a training to the newly emplyed staff before his new hospital is officially opened. and I gave a brief summary about "Health Care with Feelings"
