Firstly, I reached out to their email to express my interest. Then, I got an invite from their ID director to introduce myself in person at their Dumbo studio. Then, I got the second round invitation from their cofounder. I took a design test and needed to present my work a week later. Finally, after the presentation, I got the offer letter to be a contract graphic designer.
