After reading the other interview experience I am positive this company is fishing for information. They interview candidates in the industry, drag them through 4-5 interviews with some non-relevant members for the role they're applying, to later on be ghosted. Please stop wasting people's time if your intentions are not genuine.

Interview
The interview process involved a phone screening followed by three virtual interviews. I promptly followed up after each interview with each person that interviewed me.
After the third interview I was completely ghosted by Doral Renewables, never to hear from them again. Overall, it was a really disappointing, unprofessional experience, and it definitely changed my overall perception of and respect for the company.
