Interview
You submit a resume online and they respond by email to schedule a phone interview. I received a call pretty swiftly. I do have strong qualifications for the position and tons of experience. They processed my criminal background check in one day ( which is vital for this position ) . The phone interview was short and the onboarding was also very prompt. I think that if you have relative and strong experience this will be the process for you. I would rate them highly for the process I experienced

Question 1
Can't remember exactly but it relates to experience and if you cover a lot in your cover letter they won't have too much to ask.
It was fairly easy interview. I do not fully remember but I think it was just a phone interview. I got hired easily. Then I had to wait maybe a day or two for them to respond if they hired me. It maybe different now though.

Interview
This job was extremely easy to get. Basically, I got put on a waitlist and then hired on. There may have been a mock call but nothing intense or hard. I've noticed that many employees lack proper English skills as well, so the job is very easy to get.
