First step is to do take home task - I was told to allocate ~10 hours for this off the back of a cold application with no interview preceding it. After submitting the task, I then had a call with the recruiter - 30 mins, pretty standard questions. From there, I received a straight rejection with no feedback on the interview or the task. It did not feel like my time or effort was respected, and if that's a reflection of the company then I'm glad this is how it played out.
