How would you help decide your COO if company should invest in forums Unclear responses and hesitation in responding to follow up questions asked. e.g. I asked 1. what are partners for looker as an example to make sure i was going in the right direction when thinking of pros and cons. 2. Can you tell me more about what kind of forums are we talking about? Is it in product or outside and therefore can be accessed by anyone? Accessible to free users as well or paid users only?
