Recruiter seemed to value me at less than I was worth and implied I was overpaid (I’m not). Very awkward and negative interaction - felt like this person kept putting me down and telling me to consider the benefits of DocuSign, but didn’t do the research to understand where I worked and what my existing benefits may already be. Very pushy about the value of being in the office, but unclear on how often that would actually be required. Their salary band is actually on the mid/low end of the spectrum - they need to redo their legal comp research.
