Interview
I interviewed as an SE a while back. The hiring manager actually forgot about me. She eventually remembered after the recruiter tracked her down and then she randomly decided to just drop me. Thanks. We are sorry to hear about your experience. If you are open to sharing more details. please email Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com our VP of Recruiting.
Interview
The process was straightforward and involved a project and presentation. Interviewed with recruiter, hiring manager, sales team, and other solutions engineers. I was lucky to receive great communications and support from my recruiter.

Recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, demo presentation interview and then 3 team member 1:1 interviews. The hiring manager and demo interviews took the most time and were the most important. If you perform well on those, the team 1:1s are pretty casual.
Straightforward interview process - meet with recruiter, then manager and finally a presentation task.
