Question 1
Describe the project you've done recently you've enjoyed and why.
7 interviews and then heard nothing on the day I was told I would be informed. Had to reach out to the recruiter for an update and then was given a one sentence response that I wasn’t selected. After 7 interviews.
Look, I can understand if you didn’t feel I was the one for the position. I was of course disappointed as I spent countless hours researching the company and product, preparing for interviews, and was really excited about the company and position. But come on. If you’re going to put somebody through 7 interviews, at least have the decency of picking up the phone and giving me some feedback.
I was crushed I wasn’t selected, but maybe it’s a good thing in the end. If that’s how you treat a candidate who has put that much into your interview process, maybe you’re not great to work for.
