Divante interview questions

Very short and not professional. I was promised one thing during the interview and then when I got the job it ended up being something completely different. I was not given anything in formal writing even after I was hired.

I got a phone call in the evening from the recruiter in Divante. She was qualified about the content but had troubles with English throughout the phone call. She complained this call was unscheduled and she is very tired. After 30 minutes of talking on the phone she said she will give me a task for moving forward to next stage. The task was examining an e-commerce websites home page and product page from UI/UX perspective. She gave me 4 days (including weekend) for this task. I prepared a very detailed presentation includes researches, mock-ups, design examples and I checked everything with the people who are expert in their fields. I sent presentation as an email, as an online link and provide necessary images. And ask for a scheduled meeting for presenting my work and discuss the task. After one week I got no reply, I sent an email for asking how the process is going. I got a phone call from the same recruiter, after working hours. She said she got comments about my work the day before as an email but she didn't bother to tell me the result. Even they didn't mention in the job description, she told they are looking for a senior level designer and they think I'm a junior (I'm not). As a result, the task was too heavy, communication was weak (I couldn't get any answers to my questions while I'm doing the task), feedback was poor, I was expecting at least a reply for my effort. I couldn't get any chance to present my task.
