- Introduction with Talent Acquisition. About the role, the company, and the interview process.
- Group round with intended close colleagues. "Do you know about what we're working on? Can you help?"
- Group round with technical counterparts. "Can you write code?"
- Group round with departmental heads. "A vibe check; their words"
- Final round with direct manager. Like a second technical round, with systems thinking questions.
