Distributed (UK) interview questions

Straight forward, structured and objective. Good format and I was guided with great comms from the leads and the people interviewing me. I was happy with the format and how it turned out

Was really excited about the company, but left disappointed with lack of diversity. The company itself is remote first, but gives me old boys club vibes. I'd heard this from previous employee, and it was confirmed during the interview process, with no one being female, or ethnic minority during my process except the people team.
