Direct Line Development interview questions

Initial Skype interview followed by in-person interview with hiring manager and submission of a 30-60-90 day business plan. Received a 1-page job offer which left a lot of unanswered questions such as how commissions are paid, healthcare costs for employees and more. Requested this info from the hiring manager and the only response I received 3 days later was "we have decided to go in another direction."

2 rounds of interviews. First phone interview with Sales Manager and then in person interview with Sales Manager and Sales Director. Then they asked to provide a 90 days sales plan.
