Part of our recruiting practice focuses on building relationships with candidates who have impressive backgrounds that may not align directly to a currently open position, but have the potential to be a great addition to our teams in the future. Sometimes, it can take a few interviews to determine where a candidate would be best suited in our organization. That said, you should always have the advanced knowledge of who you’ll be meeting with, as we understand a surprise interviewer can catch candidates off guard.
