After filling out a form for the first round of screening, the candidates are selected for an interview (the final round). They ask about your work and how and why you made certain decisions concerning the process.

I posted my Idea on their website. I got call they asked me about that Idea. That call was form one their mentor. After that interview I got confirmation on mail that I am selected.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Digital Impact Square (New Delhi) in Sep 2016
Interview
Firstly, we have to submit ideas regarding the problem statements given on company's website.
Then they shortlist your idea and call you for an interview. Since I applied from Ghaziabad, I got the interview in TCS office in Delhi PTI.
After the interview, the shortlisted people were called for a Hackathon named DISQovery, where we were given some challenge statement and we needed to ideate and prototype it.
After hackathon only selected people were asked to come to Nashik to change ideas into something to create impact.

Rest was the normal interview about the technology stack I worked in.
