I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Digital Futures (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
I received a few calls to discuss about a potential role, conversations went really well, but they dependent on their clients demand for roles. Normally they work with junior professionals, but the demand for senior professionals was increasing. At the end, the conversations ceased and I haven't received any feedbacks or a definitive answer.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Digital Futures in Mar 2026
Interview
I was put forward for a role through Digital Futures and completed a three-stage interview process with the hiring company.
I was informed in advance that the second stage would be a technical interview including a code review, however it turned out to be a more in-depth system design discussion. Clearer expectations beforehand would have helped me prepare more effectively.
After the final interview, I did not receive any update despite following up multiple times.
As a candidate, I would expect the recruiter to help close the loop or at least provide an update, even if the outcome is negative.
While the opportunity itself was interesting, the lack of communication after the process was disappointing.
