Digital Foundry interview questions

First interview with 2 engineers, easy coding challenge over the phone. Second round with 6 differents employees during 3 hours : one coding challenges, 1 system design, company fit, questions I have

They give you 20 min to finish a test with 3 problems. No conversation about your resume or work history. A quick greeting and they give you the test on a shared doc. You solve them in silence while they watch you. The problems weren't hard but the whole interview process felt like a waste of time.
