Interview
The interview process included actual things you would have to deal with on the job. It also included working with co-workers and past work experience. I talked at length about past experiences. i have limited work with pre schoolers so I could annot swer the hands on question about what to in real life situations. i think if you can answer the hands on questions, it is a simple interview.
