Diamonds Factory Designer interview questions

I had a disappointing experience with Diamond's Factory's hiring process. After several phone calls and a formal interview, I was optimistic about the opportunity. However, despite following up, I never received any response, no update, no feedback, not even a courtesy message to say the position had been filled. Being ghosted after investing time and energy is frustrating and unprofessional. Clear communication should be a basic standard, especially when candidates have taken time out of their schedules to engage in the process. I hope this company improves its candidate experience going forward.
