Interview process was very ineffective. Interview was at 2pm. Interviewer inform candidate at about 230pm saying that he is going out for a quick lunch as he is buzy and my interview started about 3plus. Subsequently after the interview i did highlight to the interviewer on the glassdoor review and he simply denied all the allegation. Then i waited for 1 week for them to update me if I am hired or not. I chased them for an answer not because i need the job but because i want to confirm how bad it really was and it was really really bad. I told them I have a job offer already and I would turn it down if Diamond Glass offer me. Yet they took 1 week to respond to me that I was not hired. HR admin and manager was always on MC or not around. If you ever go to their office about 2pm you will see people sleeping at their parking lot. And what i feel, its a Indian company as I dont see any Chinese around. This company to me is a red flag. If you dont believe go try it out yourself but dont hold any high hope on the result.
