I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dialpad in Feb 2026
Interview
Full interview cycle within a week: behavioral, two HackerRank live coding sessions (basic and advanced), a system design round, and a career interview. Interviewers were professional and friendly. No feedback was provided between rounds, and after rejection the recruiter promised feedback that never arrived. For a process that demanding, candidates deserve at least a brief explanation of where they fell short.
