Two Interview process, first one with the company owner and then with two people of his team. The company in general is fairly new, does not have a lot of offices and they are located mostly in the west coast. They don’t have a real employee plan or benefits. And for the most part the payment is under commission. I just had one interview with the owner, after that I suppose to have another interview with the people from his team, but instead I was offered a internship position, that for me was a surprise because such a thing was never mentioned. I decline.
