You just need to know how to speak, they hire you right away unless your background is worse than a criminal's. I have never seen a company which lets you know you are hired an hour after the interview. They did note that I will get payed less than someone who washes dishes at a restaurant.

Applied through email. took few days to process to set up interview appointment. Interview is not hard at all. It took around 30 minutes. They email some papers to sign in if accepted. Started to work after few days.
