The interview consisted of speaking with the principal in his office. I introduced myself, and I addressed my passion for education. The interview process made me feel comfortable and was very effective to give me an idea of the position.

Fairly easy interview as long as you come prepared and can show your passion for students. I brought my growth data, and I was able to show how I grew all kids regardless of levels.

One on one interview with principal. She asked me pretty basic questions. Also, I was able to tell why I became a teacher which was nice. I left feeling like I had a great feeling about the school.
