Shortlisted Candidates are given a test assignment. Skills Evaluation takes place once assignments are received.
Further Shortlisted Candidates are called in for interview in which points are divided based on the following characteristics

2. Skill Level & Command on Work (Creativity & Aesthetics)
3. Personal Presentation (Dress up, how you carry yourself)
4. Communication (How responsible you are)
5. Sincerity, Dedication & Desperation for work (Willing to do Full time, part time, freelance?)
6. Future Goals - Why Design Optimizers? (Move with time for money or benefits?)
7. Education (Field Related Education? Willing to continue further?)
