I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Delphix (HyderÄbÄd)
Interview
Don't waste your time interviewing here. if you have existing offers, please discuss with them first before proceeding. Lot of interviews - don't understand what they are trying to test.
5-6 long repeated interviews (low quality technical).
each round almost same kind of questions which will kill your 1-1.15 hours.
One question was on public/private routing.
they mostly sale their product by praising it.

Question 1
Mostly about your last projects and some people management skills.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Delphix (Noida) in Jan 2020
Interview
Interviewed for NOIDA location for Virtualization Engineering Manager.
Which I think is a hands-on coding role, since only first round they ask me to code remotely and rejected without any discussion on my code.
1) Call from recruiter asking about current role. Call was around 20-30 mins. Explains role to be People, Practices and Technology. Then explained Delphix and what is dataOps.
2) A technical problem to solve in Java using coderpad. You have to get it right in first go without any clarification or discussion around the code.No face to face or any interaction. They took coderpad too literally as technical interviewing tool, without understanding the true value of it :). Anyways there were no discussions on my horribly written code and I received a rejection email without any word spoken.
