1 30 minutes test and questions about my experiences, and accounting questions too. They were quite hard for an entry level position and also I had to tell them my solutions for the tasks, and I was not told if they were wrong or good. I got no feedback on the interview on site.
insgesamt 2x Vorstellungsgespräche, danach fällt die Entscheidung der Eignung.
Bei dem ersten Gespräch wurden fachliche Fragen sowie Verhaltensweisen bei bestimmten Situationen erfragt. Das zweite Gespräch war mehr in die Richtung warum das UN, warum die Position, was erwartest du von uns, warum Luxemburg... Also grundsätzlich schauen, ob du in das UN gut hineinpasst

* Frage wie ich agieren würde, wenn ich weiß ich kann zu 100% die deadline nicht einhalten
Hay poco tiempo de espera entre las entrevistas. Se evalúa también el conocimiento de cada recurso. No son entrevistas con evaluaciones demasiado técnicas. Cordialidad por parte del personal de recursos humanos que se encarga de las mismas.
