Standard 3 weeks paid vacation plus 2-3 additional paid days off for personal matters, standard health plan (option to include dental and vision cover), $1.5k allowance for health and well-being, free gym at the Montreal office, option to contribute to a RRSP. Ask for your vacation ahead of time or else you might be staffed on an engagement and have no choice but to work.
