Great wellness package that can be used for a variety of things!
Overall good benefits package! They also reimburse all fees related to your CPA processes and if you're a foreign worker you have the option to get PR sponsorship.
Even if, you are on contract you will still receive the full benefits package coverage on day 1. However, it works a little different at all the Big 4 compared to other firms, and Deloitte is no different. You receive the following: $1300 which you can apply towards “Benefits Dollars." Please note, that the benefit year-end is in May, and they make you join in June, and it gets somewhat complicated (as sometimes you receive this amount in quarterly sums). You can allocate these funds towards the insurance premiums (which are paid biweekly, as if you want decent dental benefits, then it's quite expensive. Otherwise, there are also Wellness Benefits which can be used for anything remotely wellness related i.e. fitness equipment, club memberships, cleaning/moving services, air purifiers, thermostats, transit passes and other health services.
Best - good training facility for future opportunities Worst - little pay for the wok you do, long hours, politics
only have $300 each practitioner (chiro, RMT, acupuncture, etc)
-in order to get good dental benefits you need to get the pricier plan. the base one could be a little better
PSA Allowance, HSA Allowance, RRSP Program
Health spending dollars allow you to customize benefits to your family situation and needs.
Great benefits overall, just a lot of work
No difference between a couple and a family plan - the price quadruples even if you have no children. Apparently this will be changing... Great work from home and other flex options (can sometimes depend on the team)
