They will give you a plan in which you can select how you want to use 300$ split between wellness or health plans.
They took the DB plan away from younger staff with out any grandfathering. True bottom line mentality. Also continued to take benefits away during my tenure.
Health insurance, health benefits, equipped gym, employee-only cafe, common area. No bonus or cash or cash equivalent benefits. No commission.
Wellness benefits are nice as they can be used for anything and everything remotely wellness related i.e. fitness equipment, club memberships and even cleaning/moving services, air purifiers, thermostats, transit passes and whatever.
Its a very good package. They cover all aspects of insurance and compensate for overtime. Benefits are laptop, mobile and company expenditures are taken care of.
They don't tell you what you have for benefits. You are on your own to find out.
