The best thing at Deloitte is the career advancement The disadvantage is the long hours
Not so bad. Was there for a short time, but good place overall. Great benefit and pension package, and great communication about it. It's too big sometimes, so you kind of feel neglected by your manager
Best is the Health Wellness Spending account and Dental coverage. But very limited caps per paramedical services. Expensive employee paid premiums for anything more than prescription coverage. Not good for families with children or individuals that require paramedical services.
Ease of use-very complicated and hard to find on information on what benefits are actually available.
Great wellness benefits that can be used on anything from gym memberships to housekeeping. Could really use more massage credits, that would be the biggest complaint.
Excellent and extensive benefits package. I feel it was a very good compensation package and was happy with it.
Limited RRSP and health benefits compared to peers
Worst thing: unfair; some people make more than their peers without actually deserving it. It is based on the teams. Some teams are want their staff to get higher raises and so give better feedback.
They start off with 3 weeks vacation which is great, but the fourth week doesn't start until 15 years of service and that is already the maximum unless you are a partner.
Bons avantages sociaux (maladie, dentaires). Les congés parentaux sont payés à 100% (complètent ceux du gouvernement). Toutefois il faut s'engager à ne pas démissionner jusqu'à trois mois après avoir bénéficié des congés.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
