Interview
It was a standard process. Application, Aptitude, Job Simulation and then a final round interview. The interview was very casual with no technicals or case study, just standard behavioural questions. The interview was more of a conversation than anything but it was clear they had a number of core competencies that you were marked against.
First some behavior question and self introduction. Then ask you about furture plan in our company and what ability you can bring to project. Finally, ask about how long can you work and how many days can you come per week.

Interview
Interview was great, interviewer was supportive and had indepth discussion and more of a conversation. Was asked Caselet and Gustimate which was a on a easy to moderate level. Also had a CV disection round and was about each number and word put there.
